At Zenpuff, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at zenpuffbottle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at zenpuffbottle@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest turnaround for both transactions.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without requiring justification. The same conditions apply — your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at zenpuffbottle@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
